Day Prior Wedding Coordination Package
Some couples prefer to plan the majority of their wedding, however you may wish to have an outside professional (ie: Someone other than a member of the bridal party, friend or a family member) to direct, supervise and oversee everything on the wedding day to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Typical examples of services that a wedding coordinator would provide for a 'day of ' package

• Direction of the rehearsal
• Distribution of time-line to wedding party (as prepared by bride)
• Co-ordination and direction of wedding day events (set hours)

NOTE:
For 'day of' coordination, the bride will take all the responsibility of preparing a time-line, confirming details and commitments with the vendors, and all other related duties. The planner will carry out the duties based upon the brides planning and preparations. In these instances where the planner has no previous interaction with vendors, the planner is only as good as the information the bride provides.
