Month Prior Coordination Package
Some couples find the last few months frantic and find an extra pair of hands 'exactly' what you need. With the big day approaching, after having dedicated so much time to the planning and perfecting every aspect of your wedding, leave the final execution of all your hard work to some-one that can be responsible for putting all of the elements and details in place on your special day.

Your wedding coordinator will be working with the information you give to formulate a master plan for your entire day. Because this service is not as extensive as a full wedding coordination package that covers all the planning from beginning to end, it is a very budget friendly way to get piece of mind on your wedding day.

Typical examples of services that a wedding coordinator would provide for a 'month prior' package:

  • Access to a wedding planner for related questions (via phone and e-mail)
  • Meeting with the couple to develop a time-line for the wedding day
  • Confirmation of vendor commitments that you have already contracted
  • Direction of the rehearsal
  • Distribution of time-line to necessary vendors and wedding party
  • Co-ordination and direction of wedding day events (set hours)
